Who are AGS toolkits designed for?

Three groups get the most value from our toolkits:

  • Organizations pursuing certification or accreditation for the first time, who want a proven documentation framework instead of a blank page.
  • Certified organizations transitioning to a new edition of a standard, integrating multiple standards, or refreshing tired documentation.
  • Consultants and certification professionals who implement management systems for clients and need a reliable, editable starting point they can adapt again and again.

Toolkits work for organizations of every size — from a single-site startup preparing for its first ISO 9001 audit to a hospital group pursuing JCI accreditation across multiple facilities.

Why will a toolkit save me time and money?

Because the heavy lifting is already done. Every document you need to satisfy the standard — the manual, the mandatory procedures, the records, the registers — is already written, structured, and populated with meaningful content appropriate to most organizations. Instead of interpreting the standard clause by clause and drafting from scratch (typically weeks or months of specialist effort), you start at roughly 80% complete and spend your time on the part only you can do: tailoring the content to your organization.

There's a second saving people notice later: consistency. Because all documents in a toolkit share one architecture, numbering system, and cross-reference structure, you avoid the patchwork effect that external auditors love to probe.

How is AGS different from hiring a consultant?

We're not a replacement for good consultancy — we're the accelerator for it. A consultant using an AGS toolkit skips the drafting phase and focuses on what actually adds value: understanding your processes, facilitating your risk assessments, and coaching your team. Many of our customers are consultants themselves. If you're implementing without a consultant, the toolkit's structure acts as your roadmap: work through the documents in order and you will have touched every requirement of the standard.

What's Inside the Toolkits
What documents does a typical toolkit contain?

While contents vary by standard, a typical AGS toolkit includes:

  • A management system manual aligned clause by clause with the standard
  • Policies ready for top-management adoption
  • Procedures / SOPs covering every operational and system requirement — document control, internal audit, management review, corrective action, training, and all standard-specific processes
  • Forms and records templates that generate the audit evidence certification bodies look for
  • Registers and workbooks in Excel — document registers, risk registers, objectives trackers, training matrices, complaint logs
  • A compliance matrix mapping every clause of the standard to the documents that satisfy it — your gap assessment and your audit-defense tool in one
  • Scheme-specific elements where relevant: HACCP plans and hazard analyses for food safety kits, halal control points for HAS kits, scope-of-accreditation tools for laboratory kits, and department-level policies for healthcare accreditation kits
What is the compliance matrix and why does it matter?

The compliance matrix is the backbone of every AGS toolkit. It lists each requirement of the standard — clause by clause — and maps it to the specific toolkit document (and section) that addresses it. You can use it three ways:

  • As a gap assessment: mark each requirement as met, partially met, or open, and you have an instant picture of your readiness.
  • As an implementation tracker: assign owners and dates against each row and manage the rollout like a project.
  • As audit evidence: hand it to your auditor as the index of your management system. Auditors consistently comment on how much smoother this makes stage 1 audits.
That's a lot of documents. Do I really need all of them?

You need the ability to demonstrate that every requirement of your standard is met — and documents are usually the cleanest evidence. That said, the standards themselves mandate relatively few named documents; the rest exist to make your evidence complete and your operation consistent.

Our advice: start with the core (manual, mandatory procedures, compliance matrix), then adopt the supporting forms and registers as your implementation matures. Nothing in the toolkit is padding — every item maps to a requirement or to evidence an auditor will reasonably expect — but you control the pace at which you deploy them.

What format are the documents in?

Everything is built in Microsoft Office — Word for manuals, procedures, and forms; Excel for registers, matrices, trackers, and checklists. No proprietary software, no locked platform, no viewer application. If your team can use Word and Excel, they can use an AGS toolkit from the first minute.

I don't use Microsoft Office. Can I still use the toolkits?

Yes. The documents open in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), LibreOffice, and other Office-compatible suites. You may see minor formatting differences — borders, headers, spacing — and a few advanced Excel features (such as conditional dashboards in some registers) may render more simply, but the content, structure, and usability carry over. The substance of the toolkit is the text and the logic, and that survives any modern office suite.

Are the documents locked or restricted in any way?

No. Every file is fully editable and unlocked. Change the layout, restructure sections, merge documents, extract content into your own templates, apply your brand — the toolkit becomes your documentation the day you download it. Where an Excel sheet uses cell protection to prevent accidental edits to formulas, no password is applied, so you can remove it freely.

Can I add my organization's name and logo to the documents?

Absolutely — that's the intended use. Documents use consistent styles and placeholders, so re-branding is a straightforward find-and-replace plus a logo swap in the headers. Many toolkits include a customization worksheet that walks you through exactly which fields to personalize across the whole set.

Pricing, Ordering & Delivery
How is pricing structured?

Every toolkit is a one-time purchase in US Dollars — not a subscription. Prices are tiered by the scope and complexity of the documentation system:

  • Foundation and Standard tiers cover focused, single-standard systems.
  • Advanced and Premium tiers cover full certification schemes, sector-specific halal assurance systems, and integrated multi-standard kits.
  • Professional-grade integrated IMS kits and healthcare accreditation portfolios (hospital-wide documentation for programs like JCI, CBAHI, or GAHAR) sit at the top of the range, reflecting the breadth of departments and requirements they cover.

The price shown on each product page is the complete price for that toolkit — no per-user licensing, no annual renewal, no hidden modules.

Is the toolkit price a subscription?

No. You pay once and the toolkit is yours to use within your organization indefinitely. There are no recurring fees, seat licenses, or renewal charges.

How are toolkits delivered?

Instantly. Each toolkit is delivered as a ZIP archive containing the complete set of documents, organized in a clear folder structure (manual, procedures, forms, registers, compliance matrix). As soon as your order is confirmed you'll receive a secure download link, and you can also re-download your purchases from your store account at any time. Unzip with standard Windows or macOS tools and you're working within minutes of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online store accepts major credit and debit cards and the express checkout options shown at checkout. For corporate purchases, we can also arrange payment by bank transfer against an invoice — contact our team with the toolkits you need and we'll prepare a quotation and invoice for your procurement process.

Can I get a quotation or pay by purchase order?

Yes. We regularly support corporate and government procurement processes. Send us the list of toolkits you're interested in and we'll issue a formal quotation; once your purchase order is raised, we'll invoice for bank transfer and release the toolkits on payment.

Do you offer bundles or multi-toolkit discounts?

If you're implementing an integrated management system, first check our integrated IMS kits — many combinations (for example ISO 9001 + ISO 22000 + HACCP, or GMP + ISO 9001 + ISO 22301) already exist as single engineered products, which is both cheaper and better than buying the standards separately and stitching them together. For custom multi-toolkit purchases, contact us and we'll put together a bundle price.

My card was declined. What should I do?

Card networks apply their own risk rules and occasionally decline valid cards, particularly for cross-border transactions. Check the card number, expiry, CVV, and billing address and try again; if the problem persists, try another card or contact us to arrange payment by bank transfer instead.

Customizing & Implementing
How much customization will I need to do?

Plan for a focused tailoring effort — typically the fastest part of your implementation, but a genuine one. You'll need to:

  • Replace organization placeholders with your name, sites, and structure
  • Adjust scope statements, roles, and responsibilities to match your reality
  • Populate the risk assessments, objectives, and registers with your specifics
  • Align operational procedures with how your processes actually run
  • For food and halal kits, adapt the HACCP plans and control points to your actual products and processes

The documents guide you through this: placeholders are consistent, instructions are embedded where decisions are needed, and the compliance matrix keeps score of what's done. Most organizations find the tailoring effort is measured in days, not the months that drafting from scratch would take.

Can we change anything in the templates?

Everything. Add sections, delete sections, rewrite in your voice, translate, merge, re-brand. The toolkit is a starting point engineered for editing — not a locked product. The only thing we ask is that you don't resell or redistribute the templates themselves (see licensing below).

Do the toolkits work for small organizations?

Yes — and this is one of the most common questions we get. Standards are deliberately scalable, and so are our documents. A five-person company implements the same clauses as a five-thousand-person company; the difference is depth, not structure. Small organizations typically slim the procedures down and combine roles, which the document structure readily supports. The compliance matrix keeps you honest that nothing required has been trimmed away.

How international are the toolkits?

Very. ISO and IEC standards are identical worldwide, so those toolkits work in any country. Scheme-specific kits follow their scheme's home conventions: our halal kits are built around the actual GSO, UAE.S, SMIIC, JAKIM, and SJPH requirements; our healthcare kits follow the exact standards of CBAHI (Saudi Arabia), DHA and DOH (UAE), GAHAR (Egypt), NABH (India), JCI (international), and others. English is the working language of the toolkits, with terminology matched to each source standard.

Do I need to buy a copy of the standard itself?

We strongly recommend it. Our toolkits implement the requirements of each standard, but the official text remains the authoritative source, and certification auditors expect you to hold a legitimate copy. ISO standards are available from iso.org or your national standards body; scheme documents (BRCGS, IFS, GSO, etc.) are available from the scheme owners. Our compliance matrices reference the standard's clauses so the two work side by side.

Certification, Accreditation & Audits
How does my organization become certified to an ISO standard?

The toolkit gets your management system built; certification is then a three-step external process:

  • Choose a certification body — an independent, accredited organization licensed to audit against your standard. We recommend choosing one accredited by an IAF-member accreditation body so your certificate is recognized internationally.
  • Stage 1 audit — a readiness review of your documentation and system design. Your AGS compliance matrix makes this stage dramatically smoother.
  • Stage 2 audit — the certification audit proper, where the auditor verifies your system is implemented and effective. Pass this and you're certified.

Expect annual surveillance audits and a full recertification audit every three years. Before stage 2, make sure you've completed at least one full internal audit and management review — auditors will ask for both.

What about laboratory and inspection body accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17020)?

Conformity assessment standards follow an accreditation route rather than certification: your assessment is performed by a national accreditation body (such as UKAS, ANAB, DAC, SAC, or EIAC) and covers both your management system and your technical competence — methods, equipment, personnel, and the specific scope of tests, calibrations, or inspections you perform. Our laboratory toolkits are built for this dual focus: management system documentation plus the technical records, competence matrices, and scope tools that accreditation assessors examine.

How does halal certification work with your HAS toolkits?

Halal certification is granted by accredited halal certification bodies recognized by the relevant authority (for example ESMA-recognized bodies for UAE.S, JAKIM-recognized bodies for Malaysia, BPJPH for Indonesia's SJPH). Our toolkits give you the complete Halal Assurance System those bodies audit: halal policy, internal halal committee structure, halal critical control points, slaughter or production controls appropriate to your sector, traceability, and internal audit. Our integrated HAS kits cover multiple schemes in one documentation system — invaluable if you export to several halal markets.

How do healthcare accreditation toolkits fit the survey process?

Healthcare accreditation programs (CBAHI, DHA, DOH, GAHAR, JCI, NABH, and others) assess hospitals and health facilities through document review, on-site surveys, tracer methodology, and staff interviews. Our healthcare toolkits provide the policy-and-procedure backbone those surveys examine — organized by chapter/standard so your quality team can map documents directly to survey requirements, close gaps, and walk into the survey with a complete, indexed evidence base.

Is internal audit really required before certification?

Yes. Internal audit is a mandatory requirement in every ISO management system standard (clause 9.2), and certification auditors will look for a completed internal audit — with reports, findings, and corrective actions — before your stage 2 audit. Every AGS toolkit includes the internal audit procedure, audit plan and schedule templates, checklists, and non-conformity report forms to run this properly.

Does the internal auditor need special qualifications? Can we do it in-house?

There's no formal qualification requirement, but two rules matter: the auditor must be independent of the work being audited (you can't audit your own implementation), and the auditor must be competent — understanding both the standard and audit technique. Small organizations often cross-train a staff member or use an external auditor for independence. Our toolkits based on ISO 19011 (the auditing guideline) are popular with teams building internal audit capability.

Will using an AGS toolkit guarantee certification?

No documentation product can honestly promise that — certification depends on implementation, not paperwork alone. What the toolkit guarantees is that the documentation side of your system is complete, professionally structured, and mapped to every requirement, which removes the single most common source of stage 1 findings. Implement the system genuinely, run your internal audit and management review, and the toolkit will have done its job: no documentation surprises at audit.

Support, Updates & Licensing
Does the toolkit come with support?

Yes. Every purchase includes email support from our compliance team — if you're unsure how a document is intended to be used, how it maps to a clause, or how to adapt it for your situation, ask and we'll guide you. For deeper needs we can also discuss implementation assistance, gap assessments, and tailored document packages.

Do you update toolkits when standards change?

Yes. When a standard or scheme is revised (for example a new ISO edition or a new BRCGS issue), we update the affected toolkit. If an update is released for a toolkit you've purchased, contact us with your order details and we'll make the updated version available to you. Product pages always state the edition of the standard each toolkit is aligned with.

Do you sell individual documents from the toolkits?

Our products are engineered as complete documentation systems — the manual, procedures, forms, and matrices cross-reference each other, which is precisely what makes them audit-ready. Selling fragments would break that integrity, so individual documents aren't available separately. If your need is narrower than a full toolkit, contact us and we'll recommend the closest-fit product or discuss a tailored option.

What is the license? Can I use one toolkit for multiple clients?

Each purchase licenses one organization to use the toolkit internally, without limit on users, sites covered by that organization's management system, or duration. Consultants implementing for multiple client organizations need a license per client — contact us for consultant arrangements; we work with many consultancies and will structure something sensible.

What security measures protect my purchase and data?

Our store runs on a leading e-commerce platform with TLS encryption on all traffic. We never see or store your card details — payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment providers. And as you'd expect from a company whose catalog includes ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 toolkits, we apply information security and privacy discipline to our own operations.

My question isn't answered here. How do I contact AGS?

We're here to help. Reach us by email or through the Contact Us page on our store. Not sure which toolkit fits your scope? Tell us your industry, your target standard or scheme, and your certification timeline, and we'll recommend the right product — including whether an integrated IMS kit would serve you better than separate toolkits.

Whatever stage you're at — comparing standards, preparing for your first audit, or rescuing a stalled implementation — talk to us. Helping organizations get certified is what we do all day.
