UNESCO published the AI Competency Framework for Teachers (2024, 391104eng) and the AI Competency Framework for Students (2024, 391105eng) as descriptions of what competence looks like, not as instruments for determining whether a given teacher or student has it. This management system supplies the operational half: adopting and contextualising both frameworks, defining the target competency profile, assessing where teachers and students currently sit, delivering structured development, then verifying the result and issuing evidence that withstands scrutiny. UNESCO has not reviewed or endorsed this toolkit. The frameworks are named to identify what it implements, and the block structure, codes and names are used with attribution to UNESCO.
