Overview
This manual, AGS-FSMS-MAN-001, builds a food safety framework on the seven Codex HACCP principles and the twelve Codex application steps, referencing the Codex Alimentarius codes CXC 1-1969, CXC 80-2020 and CXG 60-2006 alongside ISO 22000 and the traceability principles of ISO 22005. Eight policy packages sit in the one file, each running from the policy and its mandatory requirements, through the procedure and the operator-level instruction, to the forms, checks, indicators and scored risks behind them.
