Overview
Built on the UNESCO AI Competency Framework for Teachers (2024) and the AI Competency Framework for Students (2024), this is a compact AI quality and governance management system for schools, supplied as a complete and independent English edition. It exists because adoption ran ahead of governance: staff use AI in planning and marking, students use it in their work, and the institution has no approved position and no record that anyone was told where the boundaries lie.
Every document is required to produce something. The Acceptable Use Policy produces signed acknowledgements and unambiguous boundaries for staff and students. The Fact-Checking and Bias Validation Procedure produces a validation log and a verification card for each output it touches. The Audit Checklist and Gap Analysis produces a readiness percentage with a corrective action plan against it. The AI Risk Register produces assessed risks carrying active controls, which return to the Quality Manual as improvement. The Manual itself is reviewed by the AI Governance Committee before the Principal approves it.
