Carcass marking and segregation through chilling, cut-up and packing prevent mixing with non-Halal product. Implementation is anchored by an internal Halal committee that maintains documented procedures, approves ingredients and suppliers, conducts internal audits, trains personnel and manages corrective actions so that compliance is sustained between external assessments.
