UAE.S GSO 707:2023 is the updated Gulf standard for flavourings permitted in foodstuffs, and one of the most commonly cited compositional standards in Gulf food registration. The workbench structures the verification: each flavouring substance and preparation is checked for permitted status, for the conditions and restrictions of use attached to it, and for the labelling requirements that follow — including terms such as 'natural flavouring'.
